Refund Eligibility

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
After this period, refunds cannot be issued.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be unused and not activated.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or email confirmation).

  • A Non-Use Declaration confirming that the product key has not been used.

Once a product has been activated or installed, it is no longer eligible for refund or exchange.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Activated or used digital licenses

  • Products confirmed to be functional by our technical team

  • Refund requests made after the 30-day window

Refund Process

  • Send an email to contact@mlicenses.com with your order details and refund reason.

  • If eligible, you will receive a Non-Use Declaration Form to sign.

  • Once the signed form is returned, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Delivery Claims

All products are digital and delivered instantly by email once payment is confirmed.

If you did not receive your product:

  • Please check your spam or junk folder.

  • Contact us within 7 days of purchase if the product email is missing.

  • If we do not receive a claim within 7 days, the order will be considered successfully delivered.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If the delivered product is defective or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 30 days of purchase.

  • Provide screenshots or details of the issue.

  • If the problem cannot be resolved within 48 hours, you may request a refund or exchange for another valid product.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase via the order confirmation email.
  • After this time, please contact contact@mlicenses.com for manual review.
