Refund Eligibility:
- Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Digital products can only be refunded if the customer signs a Non-Use Declaration confirming that the product has not been activated or used.
- Once a product has been installed or activated, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
- Proof of purchase is required to process a refund request.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Any software product that has been activated.
- Products that are reported as not working but are proven to be functional upon investigation by our technical support team.
- Refund requests made after the 30-day refund period.
Refund Process:
- Submit a refund request via email at support@Mlicenses.com with your order details and reason for the request.
- If eligible, we will send you a Non-Use Declaration form to complete and sign.
- Upon receiving the signed declaration, we will process your refund within 48 hours.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
Non-Delivery Claims:
If you do not receive the product within the expected timeframe, check your spam/junk folder.
Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you have not received your product. If no claim is made within this period, the product will be considered received and downloaded successfully.
Defective or Incorrect Products:
If the product is defective or not as described, contact our support team within 30 days with supporting evidence.
If we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours, you may request a refund or exchange for a similar product.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase directly through the order confirmation email.
