Payment
- All payments must be completed at the time of order placement.
- If a payment is declined or not received, the order will not be processed, and no product will be delivered.

Digital Delivery Terms
- All products are delivered digitally via email.
- Delivery is typically instant, within seconds of purchase.
- In some rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 hours. If you do not receive your product within this time, please contact our Support Team.
How You Will Receive Your Purchase
- Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing:
- Full instructions on how to download, install, and activate your software.

- A confirmation message with additional support resources.

- No physical items will be shipped—our products are strictly digital.

Non-Delivery Issues
- If you have not received your order, please check your email inbox and spam/junk folders.
- If you still haven’t received your order within 3 hours, contact our support team at support@mlicenses.com.
- Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. If not reported within this timeframe, the product will be considered successfully delivered.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
- Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on activated or used software.
- If the product is unused and in its original condition, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase by signing a Non-Use Declaration.
